Erica M. Parker graduated from Lexington High School in 2003. She received her B.A. in Philosophy and English from the University of South Carolina in 2007.  She received her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2010.  During law school, Erica worked for defense litigation firms in Columbia, SC and was a member of the Moot Court Bar.  While a member of Moot Court, Erica competed in the American Bar Association Moot Court Competition.

After graduation from law school, Erica served one year as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable R. Knox McMahon of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. Erica is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the Lexington County Bar, and is licensed to appear before the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.  Erica primarily practices in civil litigation, in both State and Federal Courts.  

A lifetime resident of Lexington, Erica is a third generation lawyer, following in the footsteps of her Grandfather and Mother.
