Lisa Lee Smith is a partner in the Nicholson, Davis, Frawley, Anderson and Davis law firm. Smith joined the law firm in 1997 after having served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable William P. Keesley in 1996-97. Lisa's practice areas include representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in all levels of State and Federal Court in South Carolina , all areas of Real Estate Law - including property litigation and transactions, county government law and alternative dispute resolution. Lisa is certified as a Circuit Court Mediator. While with the firm, Lisa litigated the reported cases of Mosteller vs. County of Lexington 520 S.E.2d 620; 336 S.C. 360 (1999) and W.R.B. Limited Partnership, Limited Partnership vs. County of Lexington , 369 S.C. 30 (2006).

Lisa is a 1991 graduate of Clemson University . While at Clemson, Lisa served as the President of the English Honor Society and Treasurer of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Lisa is a 1995 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Lisa was inducted into the Wig and Robe legal honor society, served on the student editorial board for the ABA Real Property, Probate & Trust Journal, served as Vice President of the Christian Legal Society and as a student legal writing teaching assistant.
