James Randall "Randy" Davis , Partner
Randy Davis is a senior partner in the Nicholson Law Firm having joined the firm in 1972. A 1969 graduate of the University of South Carolina and a 1972 graduate of the USC School of Law, Davis is one of the most highly regarded Real Property lawyers in South Carolina .
A native of South Carolina and longtime resident of Lexington , Davis is a member of the American Bar Association, South Carolina Bar and Lexington County Bar. He served as President of the Lexington County Bar in 1990, and was a member of the South Carolina Bar House of Delegates in 1984-86.
In addition to his extensive work in all areas Real Property law (including complex Real Estate transactions), Davis also practices in the areas of Eminent Domain and Real Estate Litigation. Davis is also a past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Lexington County Health Services, Inc.
An avid political junkie, Davis has served as South Carolina Senator Nikki Setzler's campaign manager on numerous occasions. Davis was married to the late Anita Davis. They have two children, the late James Randall Davis, Jr., who is also a member of the South Carolina Bar, and Julie, a paralegal at the Nicholson Law Firm.
